Chairward is a Salon Ops consulting practice operated by Derek Lucas (with Kim Lucas on craft and training), focused on systems and operating rhythm for commission and W-2 hair salon owners. Contact: hello@chairward.com (or such other address as we publish on this site).

This website’s contact form is front-end only and opens your email client (mailto); we do not store form submissions on the website server unless we later add a form backend (e.g. Formspree) and update this policy.
